How we make money

Scoring criteria and weights

| Response time | 15% | How quickly a contractor answers or returns a call/inquiry during peak summer conditions, and whether 24/7 or same-day emergency service is offered. Measured through test inquiries and contractor-provided data (method to finalize). |
